RED NOSES ALL ROUND AT MEDWAY CAR WASH
14 March 2009
On Red Nose Day 2009 young people and staff at the Medway 25
project washed cars and made delicious cakes and biscuits which were sold to waiting customers. It was a fantastic day and they managed to raise £105.91. They had a surprise visit from the MP for Gillingham ward, Paul Clark, who took up the offerof a clean car. He was very impressed with the service and mentioned it on his blog.
The young people and the team worked extremely hard and are looking forward to making this a regular event.
