Siblings United Camps

Siblings United has now completed a second summer of exciting summer camps for brothers and sisters in care who cannot live together.

Camps ran in July and August near Abergavenny and at the Arethusa Venture Centre in Kent. Many of the children and young people who attended the 2008 camps returned to the camps in 2009, some of them with brothers and sisters who couldn’t come last year. This included some children or young people now living with adoptive parents.

Everybody had a fantastic time and plans are already under way for next year’s camps and for other activities to support brothers and sisters who can’t live together permanently.
