Trust Funding
Support from charitable trusts and foundations has, and continues to make a significant contribution to our work in Shaftesbury Young People. A grant from a trust or foundation can be used to fund a particular project or the organisation as a whole and can provide one-off or ongoing donations. Trusts are an extremely valuable and important source of income and we would like to thank all previous and current funders for your support.
Current trust appeals include:
- Education Support Service
Our education service provides intensive one-on-one support to the most challenging young people at risk of or already excluded from school. This service has achieved outstanding results and continues to bring the best out of young people who were previously not even expected to enter their exams.
Through the financial support of trusts and foundations we can provide week long outdoor education and activity breaks for disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people in care or in need.
