Our Homes

• Provide stable long term care for 6-8 young people aged 11 to 16 on admission, in an emergency or on a planned basis
• Capacity to provide 2-1 care and respite off-site if required
• Benefits from in-house integrated education, health, activity and outreach teams. We have an excellent record of supporting the re-integration of young people into mainstream school and achieving results at GCSE
• Preparation for Independent Living Programme
• At one of our residential homes we provide a specialist residential to fostering service in partnership with TACT

Our homes are staffed by qualified and experienced teams used to working positively with young people some with very challenging behaviour.
We rarely turn anyone away and will engage with you positively to ensure an efficient and effective transition.
